Kathy Wroblewska is a Senior Associate for Social Policy and Economics Research. She has nearly a decade of experience in food and nutrition research. Her work spans several USDA programs, such as the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). She was the Project Director of the Analysis of Robotic Process Automation in SNAP study and the FFCRA [Families First Coronavirus Response Act] WIC Waivers Study, which collected data from a census of WIC state and local agencies on their use of COVID-19 programmatic waivers.
Across projects, Wroblewska often leads qualitative data collection and analysis tasks, such as in-person and virtual site visits with SNAP state agencies, employment and training providers, WIC local agencies, and in-person and telephone interviews with SNAP and WIC program participants. She has authored and coauthored numerous technical reports, publications, and presentations.
